A bootleg EP, recorded live in the Mendocino Woodlands.

It's 4:00am in an empty redwood hall. We've nested in a pile of down jackets, broken strings, and microphones. We've been awake for two days straight, our ears full of river water and our fingers tough with sap. Outside, fiddles echo through the canopy where a fat moon rises. Folk wizards and ragged virtuosos have gathered here to practice wildness. I've learned my sound among them. Woodland Sessions was recorded spontaneously in a single, late night, and you can tell. I hope it follows you to somewhere you belong.
